Terms of Service — Azure Archive

By accessing or purchasing from azurearchive.shop, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payment All prices are in AUD. We accept payment via Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit card. Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full.

Made to Order All pieces are made to order. Production and dispatch takes 5–12 business days. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Returns & Refunds We do not accept change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Eligible items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that Jelly Firkin pieces are made from a PVC material that may develop minor surface scratches or marks in transit — this is inherent to the material and not considered a fault. Items with minor surface marks are not eligible for return. If your item arrives with significant or highly visible damage, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos.

Shipping We ship Australia-wide and internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Complimentary shipping is available on Australian orders over $350 AUD. Azure Archive is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.

Care Instructions To maintain the quality of your piece, please follow the care instructions included with your order. Damage resulting from failure to follow care guidelines is not considered a manufacturing fault and will not be eligible for return or refund.

Intellectual Property All content on this site — including images, copy, and design — is the property of Azure Archive and may not be reproduced without permission.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
