Delivery Information Each piece is made to order, allowing us to maintain a considered, small-batch approach. Orders are dispatched from Australia within 5–12 business days of purchase. Delivery timeframes from dispatch will vary depending on your location and courier.

Pre-Order Items Some items are available on a pre-order basis. Our first batch has sold out — please allow up to 3 weeks for restock and dispatch. By placing an order for a pre-order item, you agree to this timeframe.

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Costs Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Simply add your items to cart and enter your shipping address to view the exact delivery cost — you'll always know the total before completing your purchase.

We offer complimentary Australia-wide shipping on all orders over $350 AUD.

International Orders — Duties & Taxes Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges As each piece is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if an item arrives faulty, we can offer a repair, replacement, or refund. Every piece is individually and carefully quality checked before dispatch. Returns for defective items are complimentary.
